QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.

  • Additional training in Key Account Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales Operations is an advantage.

Experience

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, or Sales within the FMCG / food manufacturing industry.

  • Experience handling national or regional key accounts (e.g., SM, Robinsons, Puregold, WalterMart, AllDay, Landmark, etc.).

  • Background in trade promotions, merchandising, inventory management, and negotiations with buyers.

  • Experience in coordinating with distributors, logistics, and supply chain teams is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations, including:

o Store operations and replenishment cycles

o Planogram and shelf display execution

o Trade promotions and activity approvals

o Deductions and account reconciliation

  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze sales trends, account performance, and trade dynamics.

  • Excellent negotiation skills, especially in influencing buyers during head office consultations.

  • Knowledgeable in resolving unauthorized deductions, accounts receivable concerns, and pricing disputes.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to prepare and implement business development plans and post-promo activity reports.

  • Basic understanding of LGU coordination, especially for promotions and community-level support.

Other Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license (optional depending on company standard).

  • Willing to be assigned to (Territory to be defined) and handle (Coordinating departments to be defined).

  • Physically fit to perform store visits, fieldwork, and trade activity supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
