Job Title: Logistic Admin Assistant
Department: Administration
Reports to: Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer (CPLO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer (CPLO) and assist with the daily operations of the procurement and logistics department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer (CPLO), including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CPLO.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with the preparation of meetings, including organizing logistics and taking minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CPLO and other executives as necessary.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all office needs are met.
- Assist in coordinating events, training sessions, or other company functions as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the procurement and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Background in procurement is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
We prefer a young and female candidate who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.
