HR Associate – ASUL Lipcare

Bonifacio Global City, Taguig (On-site role)

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in supporting ASUL's people operations — from recruitment to employee engagement, and everything in between. You'll help make sure our HR processes run smoothly, our team feels supported, and our company culture stays true to who we are.

Some of your work will include:

  • Assisting in recruitment — posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Preparing employment documents, contracts, and onboarding materials
  • Keeping employee records and databases updated and organized
  • Coordinating attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data
  • Helping ensure government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) are properly processed
  • Supporting HR programs such as training, evaluations, and team activities
  • Assisting with office policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Helping build a positive and engaging work culture at ASUL
  • Being a go-to person for employee concerns and day-to-day HR support

Who You Are
  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • Has 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or admin work
  • Familiar with recruitment, employee relations, and government compliance
  • Organized, trustworthy, and discreet with confidential information
  • Has great people skills and can communicate well in both English and Tagalog
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a creative, growing environment
  • Knows Google Workspace or MS Office (experience with HR tools is a plus)
