1) Talent Acquisition

Develop JDs, competency models, and pay bands for hard‑to‑fill roles. Run full-cycle recruitment with structured scorecards, ≥80% match rule, and expanded sourcing channels. Enforce credential/background checks and maintain unified employer branding.

2) HR Compliance & Employee Relations

Maintain HR policies and the employee handbook; ensure compliance with PH labor, DOLE OSH, and government agencies. Manage disciplinary processes, onboarding/transfer/offboarding SOPs, and 201/data privacy records.

3) Performance, Compensation & Training

Lead probation and annual performance cycles. Co-manage payroll accuracy with Finance and advise on increases/budgeting. Build training matrices and run bootcamps and manager development programs.

4) Administration & Cost Efficiency

Oversee facilities, security, housekeeping, front desk, and document control. Manage procurement, vendors, assets, and inventories with competitive bidding. Set Admin SLAs, conduct cost reviews, and handle government interfacing and official correspondence.
