  • Data Integrity & Automation: Implement processes to automate the cleaning and standardization of large data sets.
  • System Performance: Review and enhance core system performance.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute hourly KPI reports for operational awareness.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve a wide range of technical issues (hardware, software, and systems).
  • Network Readiness: Manage network components and credentials for new staff access.
  • Cloud & Platform: Oversee cloud services (Hostinger) health and manage platform integrations (e.g., Airtable).
  • Disaster Recovery: Manage data backup and system restoration protocols.
  • Call Center Support: Manage caller assignment schedules and phone number maintenance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor call volume to ensure agents meet daily quotas and facilitate coaching.
  • CCTV Management: Perform basic maintenance on surveillance systems.
  • Database Proficiency: Data handling and system support.
  • Programming: Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and React is a plus for system optimization and enhancement tasks.
  • Software & Design: Proficient in standard office apps (Sheets/Excel, Word) and design poster tools like Canva or Photoshop to create engaging animated LinkedIn posts and for Job Marketing platforms like Facebook.
