for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role focuses on providing first-level technical support to the teams operation, ensuring smooth operations and helping employees resolve IT issues quickly. You will work closely with our Senior Director of Technology Operations and gain hands-on experience with enterprise tools.

Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Junior IT Helpdesk Support

• Manage and resolve IT tickets through our ticketing system (Linear Asks)
• Process user access requests and account creation in Okta
• Troubleshoot account lockouts, including Okta and MFA resets
• Provide basic technical support for Mac devices (our primary platform)
• Assist with Google Workspace issues, including Drive, Meet, and Gmail
• Support Slack-related technical issues
• Handle 1Password password manager support
• Communicate effectively with end-users, providing clear explanations of technical solutions
• Escalate complex issues to the Director of Tech Ops when needed

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Have an experience with macOS
• Knowledge of Okta identity management
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tickets effectively
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
• Preferably have an experience with Slack administration
• Understanding of basic networking and VPN troubleshooting
• Knowledge of mobile device management (Kandji for Mac, Intune for PC)
