We're Hiring – IT Helpdesk
Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping others solve technical problems? Join our growing team as an IT Helpdesk Specialist
As part of our IT Support Team, you'll provide high-level technical assistance to our on-site employees. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, ensure minimal downtime, and maintain efficient IT operations across all departments.
What You'll Do:
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving slow or no internet connection issues, including router, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to users through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and supporting IT systems.
- Use remote support tools to resolve technical concerns efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and user access management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive and reliable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patient and empathetic when assisting users.
- Can multitask and prioritize effectively.
