Junior IT Helpdesk Support (IOS Experience Required)

We are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team Be a Junior IT Helpdesk Support (IOS Experience Required) for our Davao site. This role provides first-level technical support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and helping employees resolve IT issues quickly. You will work closely with our Senior Director of Technology Operations and gain hands-on experience with enterprise tools, ensuring thorough testing, and securing stakeholder sign-off prior to deployment.

Join our Family as a Junior IT Helpdesk Support (IOS Experience Required)

• Manage and resolve IT tickets through our ticketing system (Linear Asks)
• Process user access requests and account creation in Okta
• Troubleshoot account lockouts, including Okta and MFA resets
• Provide basic technical support for Mac devices (our primary platform)
• Assist with Google Workspace issues, including Drive, Meet, and Gmail
• Support Slack-related technical issues
• Handle 1Password password manager support
• Communicate effectively with end-users, providing clear explanations of technical solutions
• Escalate complex issues to the Director of Tech Ops when needed

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Experience with macOS
• Knowledge of Okta identity management
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tickets effectively

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Slack administration
• Understanding of basic networking and VPN troubleshooting
• Knowledge of mobile device management (Kandji for Mac, Intune for PC)
