Site Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Purpose:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be on the frontlines of recruitment, connecting top candidates with opportunities in the company. You'll gain valuable experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating while contributing to a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements and manage applications.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with strong academic standing are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
