Site Learning and Organization Development Associate

Company Overview:

Job Purpose:

As an L&OD Associate, you will help design and deliver training and development programs that empower employees to grow and thrive. You will also support organizational initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training sessions and development activities.
  • Track participation and maintain training records.
  • Assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Support organizational development initiatives like team building and engagement activities.
  • Prepare L&OD reports and analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with strong academic standing are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of learning principles and facilitation techniques.
