Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job ads on job boards and internal platforms
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
  • Collect and forward credentialing documents to the HR Director
  • Help coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes

Recruitment Support Beyond Hiring

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records
  • Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date digital employee HR files
  • Track employee certifications, licenses, and compliance documents
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal requirements

HR Administration

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff
  • Draft internal HR communications, letters, and memos
  • Provide general support to HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and ATS is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be amenable to star ASAP

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
