Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting people and processes? We're looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team This role is perfect for someone with administrative or HR experience who's ready to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job ads on job boards and internal platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Collect and forward credentialing documents to the HR Director
- Help coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes
Recruitment Support Beyond Hiring
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records
- Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date digital employee HR files
- Track employee certifications, licenses, and compliance documents
- Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal requirements
HR Administration
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff
- Draft internal HR communications, letters, and memos
- Provide general support to HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and ATS is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be amenable to star ASAP

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
