HR ASSISTANTS- NIGHT SHIFT AND CAN WORK ASAP

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills & Competencies:

Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job ads on job boards and company platforms such as teams if needed.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Obtain credentialing documents then send to HR Director.
  • Coordinate employee orientation.

Recruitment Support Beyond Hiring

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status.

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee HR files (digital).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies.
  • Track employee certifications, licenses, and other requirements monthly.
  • Assist with other required employment documentation.

HR Administration

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff.

Draft letters, memos, and HR communications.

  • Support HR projects.
