HR Assistant - Online English Classes

Type: 100% Work-from-home, Probationary to Full-Time Employment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1PM-10PM [Philippine Standard Time]

Must be available for weekend scheduling, if required.

Salary: Php 25,000.00/month

Job Description:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not meant to be all inclusive:

  • End to End process of Recruitment.
  • Conduct HR discussions and company policy briefings.
  • Prepares contract and ensures that complete requirements on the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
  • Provides payroll information by encoding employee shifts and handles attendance records.
  • Assists with the preparation of timekeeping, payroll reports for review and processing.
  • Handles complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees.
  • Manage the Employees Masterlist and Online Uploading of Mandatory reports.
  • Prepares and reports new and resigned employees to BDO Payroll.
  • Monitors and updates the employee government documentation and ensures the employee files are updated with signed contracts.
  • In-charge in the issuance of employment certificates perfect attendance records.
  • Filing of documents to 201 files.
  • Provide assistance to Queue Managers when needed.
  • Handles other task assignments and projects as required
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Chrome 71 / Safari 12 or later

  • Internet connection speed
  • Wired (LAN C6 or up) of at least 20 mbps on both download and upload
  • Teaching environment (if necessary)
  • Quiet and private (no audible animal or vehicle sounds)
  • Plain white/beige/grey background
  • Well-lit and clutter-free
