What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and work to find effective solutions
  3. Update customer records and documents as needed
  4. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and seamless customer support
  6. Achieve individual and team performance targets

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in a non-voice capacity
  2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency with computer systems and software, including chat and email platforms
