About the role
This full-time chat and email support role is your opportunity to join the team at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Chat & Email Support agent, you will be focused on providing exceptional customer service and support through non-voice communication channels, helping to drive the success of this leading company.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and work to find effective solutions
- Update customer records and documents as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and seamless customer support
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in a non-voice capacity
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including chat and email platforms
