About the role

Join Corporate Visions Inc' as a Sales and Financial Account Specialist in our Cebu City office. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality customer service through voice and non-voice channels from our state-of-the-art facility in Cebu IT Park.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels including voice, email, and chat
  • Provide financial account support and assistance to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues that require further assistance or troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a sales or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A customer-centric mindset and the desire to provide exceptional service
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
