About the role
Join AUXILIA INC' as a Healthcare Account* Non Voice* ( WFH ) based in Cebu City Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to providing support
- Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms for customer support
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
