About the role

Join AUXILIA INC' as a Healthcare Account* Non Voice* ( WFH ) based in Cebu City Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Empathetic and customer-centric approach to providing support
  • Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms for customer support
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
