E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat & Email Support – Non-Voice Account. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email. What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer software and online tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role
