Join the dynamic customer service team at TASK AGENCIES INC' as a Chat & Email Support – Non-Voice Account. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
  2. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide effective resolutions
  3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-centric approach in all interactions
  4. Accurately document interactions and follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Contribute to continuous process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
  2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  4. Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and digital communication tools
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
  7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
