About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Specialist to join our growing team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' in Central Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position offers a monthly earning potential of up to 24,000 KWD as you provide exceptional non-voice customer service support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  2. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer concerns, escalating complex issues as appropriate
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  2. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Flexible schedule to accommodate shift work, including evenings and weekends
