About the role

Join DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY as a Non-Voice Account representative. This full-time role based in Mandaue City, Cebu offers the opportunity to earn up to 25K per month and is open to candidates with or without prior experience in call centre or customer service roles.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide high-quality customer service via non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and make recommendations for enhancements

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
  2. Excellent written English skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  3. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues
  4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find the best solutions
  5. Familiarity with using various communication channels and digital tools
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential
