About the role

Joining E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' as a Chat & Email Support – Non-Voice Account, you will be providing exceptional customer service to clients through online chat and email communications. This is a full-time role based in Cebu Central Visayas with the opportunity to earn up to 23K monthly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer enquiries via online chat and email in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Customer service or client-facing experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  7. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and friendly attitude
