About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' in Central Cebu City Cebu. This is a full-time, non-voice account role, offering a competitive salary of up to 24,000 per month.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implementing solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or non-voice environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
