About the role
We are looking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu City. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, with the opportunity to earn up to 25K. As a customer service professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers through various communication channels.
What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt and efficient customer service through chat, email and other non-voice channels
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and handling complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficient in using various computer applications and software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
