About the role

As a Chat and Voice Customer Service Agent at TASK AGENCIES INC', you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through both chat and voice channels. Working in our Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City office, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance to address their queries and concerns. What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via chat and voice channels
  2. Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and consistent customer service
  5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
