About the role

We are seeking talented Voice and Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a virtual environment and contribute to the success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through voice and non-voice channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  3. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  7. Proficient in using computer software and various digital tools
