About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking an experienced (Email & Chat Support) Non Voice Support agent to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a full-time role based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work in a virtual environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of products and services
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes

  1. Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer queries effectively
  3. Proficient in using customer service software, email, and chat platforms
  4. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
