Job Responsibilities:
  • Connect and Engage: Juggle multiple chats simultaneously, providing fast, accurate, and professional responses while building connections with customers.
  • Collaborate and Troubleshoot: Effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues, collaborating with peers and escalating complex matters when needed.
  • Organize and Share: Meticulously log every chat solution and feedback detail in our CRM, contributing to our shared knowledge base for continuous improvement.
  • Provide Expertise and Guidance: Become the go-to expert for our clients' products and services, guiding customers through solutions and offering proactive advice.
  • Proactive Outreach: Anticipate customer needs and proactively reach out to enhance their experience by addressing potential questions before they arise.
  • Trust and Safety: Enforce chat guidelines, maintain a safe and positive chat environment, and share best practices across assigned communities.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously stay updated on product news, policy changes, and industry insights to best support clients and customers.
  • CSAT Performance: Consistently strive for high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, translating customer feedback and data into actionable improvements in service delivery.
  • Reporting: Understand and translate customer interaction data, including mathematical statistics and logical patterns, into clear and concise reports.
What we're looking for:
  • With at least 2 years of experience in customer chat/email support, with a preference for experience in the BPO industry.
  • At least a college graduate with a degree in any field.
  • CSAT compliant skills & qualities: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and embody customer-centric principles.
  • Statistics and Logic: Able to understand and translate mathematical statistics and logic into clear reports.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy of information, and professionalism in a chat environment.
  • Multitasking Pro: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent chats without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Skilled Problem-Solver: Quick-thinking, resourceful, and effective at diagnosing and resolving diverse customer issues.
  • Empathetic and Supportive: Calm and collected under pressure, with a genuine focus on understanding and addressing customer needs with empathy.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in documenting customer interactions, logging solutions, and capturing feedback details.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with chat software, CRM systems, and quickly adapting to new technologies.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Open to new challenges, able to follow changing guidelines, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
