About the role

Clu Forwarding is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Representative to join our dynamic team based in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through real-time chat and email interactions, ensuring our clients receive timely and accurate support.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns and exchanges
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and identify areas for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in typing and using various computer applications and software
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
