Salary: starting at Php16,000 – Php20,000 by 6 months

Copy-Paste Data Accurately – Extract and transfer customer details from chat interactions to the correct database, ensuring 100% accuracy.

Schedule Appointments – Manage customer bookings, reschedules, and confirmations following company procedures.

Monitor and Respond to Chats – Provide pre-approved responses and escalate complex issues as needed.

Ensure Data Integrity – Verify that copied information is formatted correctly and error-free.

Meet Productivity & Accuracy Goals – Maintain efficiency in handling chat volumes while ensuring quality output.

Adhere to Night Shift Protocols – Stay alert and responsive throughout the shift, managing multiple tasks effectively.

Follow Standard Procedures – Adhere to company workflows, scripts, and protocols while handling chat interactions.
