About the role
As a Chat Support Representative at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES', you will be the crucial link between our company and our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support through real-time chat conversations. This full-time position is located in Cebu City, Cebu, and offers a competitive salary of up to ₱24,000 per month. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service through real-time chat conversations
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the chat support or e-commerce industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
