About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our client's customer service team as Wave 2 Chat & Email Support representatives. This is a full-time position based in Central Cebu City, Cebu. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email communication.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a professional and timely manner
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and with a high level of empathy
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer software and web-based applications
  5. A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
  6. The ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
