About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wave 1 Chat & Email Support representative to join our growing team at TASK AGENCIES INC' in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat and email channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, empathetic and efficient manner
  2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues using your strong knowledge of our products and services
  3. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of your work
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our processes
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  6. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and service-level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a chat or email support role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
