About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at TASK AGENCIES INC' in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat and email channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via chat and email
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
