About the role
Seeking an enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' based in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and technical support through our live chat channel.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
