About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' based in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and technical support through our live chat channel.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and software
  4. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry
