About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Non-Voice Call Center Representative in our Cebu City office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, without the need for direct voice-based communication.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using various software and communication tools
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
