About the Role

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Delivering non-voice support through email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or departments when necessary
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the BPO or Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from various backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
