About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Non-Voice Virtual Process Agents at TASK AGENCIES INC'. This full-time role is based in Cebu Central Visayas and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Non-Voice Virtual Process Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing clear and concise information to customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery
  5. Actively participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  6. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, even in challenging situations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information in a clear and concise manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  3. Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or virtual environment
  4. Proficient in using various software and digital tools to manage customer interactions
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment
  7. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
