About the role
We are looking for a Voice & Non-Voice Support Associate CSR to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service support to our clients through both voice and non-voice channels.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialists as needed
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Basic conversational English proficiency level required for effective customer support communication
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications to access and update customer information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- High school graduate qualification required as the minimum educational requirement for this position
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the full-time onsite work setup
