About the role

We are looking for a Voice & Non-Voice Support Associate CSR to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service support to our clients through both voice and non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  2. Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
  4. Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialists as needed
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  2. Basic conversational English proficiency level required for effective customer support communication
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications to access and update customer information
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
  6. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  7. High school graduate qualification required as the minimum educational requirement for this position
  8. Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the full-time onsite work setup
