About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking an experienced On-Site Call Center Agent for Voice Account to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients over the phone.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers and clients with professionalism and empathy
  2. Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and accurate resolutions
  3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Adhere to call quality standards and key performance indicators
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
