The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Voice/Non-Voice Account Representative at our office in Cebu IT Park. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Whether handling voice-based or non-voice inquiries, your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently will be crucial to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Engage in non-voice customer interactions, such as email, chat, and social media, maintaining the same high level of service
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistently positive customer experience
