About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a talented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Non Voice - Call Center Agent, you will be a key contributor to our customer service operations, providing exceptional support and driving customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality customer service and support through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Efficiently addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Continuously developing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalized and empathetic experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information both in writing and verbally
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  4. Familiarity with contact centre software and tools
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  6. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
  7. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
