Overview:
The
Area Sales Specialist
is a results-oriented and experienced sales personnel that manages relations with accredited partner & agents. They drive the achievement of the daily daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners & aggregator. It is expected that the individual has area sales & financial management expertise in the assigned territory both in operational / day-to-day management and competitor monitoring.

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales goals.
  • Drive overall GMV growth within the assigned area, focusing on GTV expansion and general trade segment.
  • Accelerate business growth in the territory by effectively managing accounts and agent networks.
  • Translate organizational plans into area-specific strategies and actionable initiatives.
  • Equip partners and agents with comprehensive product knowledge and training across banking, payments, and retail solutions.
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients, partners, and agents to communicate updates, track performance, and align on targets.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with accredited partners and agents, ensuring excellent support and post-sales service.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Client Management, or Business Development with a strong track record in acquiring and growing merchant partnerships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Account Management, and Merchant Acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem, particularly within the banking and FMCG sectors.
  • Familiarity with micro-SME lending or SME loans and adjacent industries is a strong advantage.
  • Must be residing in Bicol or nearby areas.
