Job Overview:
We're seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Estimator (Service Titan Specialist) with proven experience in Australia's residential HVAC market. This role demands accuracy, technical expertise, and a customer-first approach. You'll take full ownership of the quoting process — from initial inquiry to final approval — ensuring every proposal is profitable, precise, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end quoting for residential HVAC jobs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Build, adjust, and finalize sales quotes using Service Titan as the primary platform.
• Monitor job queues and maintain up-to-date records of quotes and communications.
• Control margins and ensure profitability aligns with company targets.
• Liaise directly with customers via phone and email to discuss scope, pricing, and options.
• Collaborate with service and installation teams for smooth project handovers.
• Uphold accuracy and consistency in all documentation and processes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience quoting residential HVAC systems in the Australian market (split, ducted, evaporative cooling).
• Mandatory expertise in Service Titan for quoting, price book management, and margin tracking.
• Strong grasp of HVAC layouts, floor plans, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work during AEST/AEDT business hours.
• High attention to detail and strong profitability awareness.
• Bonus: Experience in remote/outsourced work and familiarity with top Australian HVAC brands (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu).
