Job Purpose

  • Direct supervision of Branch Cashier, Customer Care Specialist and Credit Analysts.
  • Responsible for opening and maintaining a smooth operation of the branch.

Duties and Responsibilities

A. On Branch Opening

  • Ensures the compliance of Branch permits and FFE's of the branch.

B. On Branch Operation

  • In-charge of opening and closing of the branch.
  • Mentors and coaches his/her staff.
  • Visit Branch Clients.
  • Strictly implementing house rules and regulations and monitoring branch staffs.
  • Spearheads the marketing efforts of the branch for the attainment of target sales.
  • Approval of employee's attendances.
  • Validates Clients' availments.
  • Approval of client's loans.
  • Check and verify accuracy of branch reports documents and logbooks.
  • Helps in identifying training needs of the staff.
  • Assist in training of newly hired employee.

C. On Reports

  • Prepares and submit monthly branch performance report, and also Branch Progress Report.

D. On Bookkeeping

  • Approval of disbursement voucher of the branch's operational expense.
  • Signs and seals the envelope of the Undeposited collection.
  • Approves or disapproves daily branch expenses and cash advances.
  • Monitoring petty cash balance and loose change fund.
  • Performs daily cash count.
  • Consolidate receipts at the end of the day.
  • Ensures summary of collection report are tallied versus cash.

E. On Delinquency

  • Assist Credit Analyst in making follow ups to delinquent clients.
  • Counseling problematic accounts.
  • In charge of the delinquent accounts and filing of cases if needed.

F. On Vehicle Assignment

  • Registers motor vehicle assigned annually.
  • Maintains motor vehicle in good condition.
  • Ensures non-involvement of motor vehicle in any accidents.

G. On Information Dissemination

  • Attend BM's monthly meeting.
  • Attend meetings of trainings required by the management.
  • Conducting daily meetings to branch staffs for 30 minutes to discuss concerns and memorandum

H. Manage Conflict

  • Manage and resolve conflicts and concerns of staff.
  • Report on untoward incidents that happened in the branch through an incident report.

I. Other Relevant Functions

  • Quarterly evaluates employees' performance.
  • Recommend staff promotion or sanctions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Physically and mentally fit to do the work
  • With Good Moral Character
  • With at least 2 years experience in Supervisory position
  • Preferably with work experience in related field in lending services
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
  • Good in people management and communications skills
  • Know how to drive motorcycle and with driver's license RC 1

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
