Overview

We are looking for a proactive and engaging Outbound Telemarketer to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce our technology-driven products and services. The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator with a strong sales mindset, proven B2B experience, and familiarity with CRM tools. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to targeted prospects using warm-calling methods to create new business opportunities
  • Present our technology solutions clearly and persuasively, tailoring your pitch to each prospect's needs
  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers for further engagement by the sales team
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all interactions, updating CRM systems such as Salesforce for tracking and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and enhance campaign performance
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through professional, consultative communication
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries generated from marketing initiatives or previous outreach
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call activity targets with consistency, persistence, and professionalism

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in telemarketing, outbound sales, or inside sales—preferably in B2B or technology sectors
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with confidence in engaging decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce for managing leads and pipelines
  • Excellent spoken English with the ability to simplify and explain technical solutions clearly
  • Background in business development, marketing outreach, or customer service is highly advantageous
  • Resilient, professional attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and follow-up discipline
  • Self-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for achieving targets and building new client relationships
