Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time

Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays

Workdays: Mon - Fri

Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with 2–3 years of experience in a similar role to join a well-established movers and packers company in Australia. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing client-provided leads, preparing quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads provided by the client.

· Prepare and send accurate quotes to potential customers.

· Manage and track all leads and sales activities to ensure timely follow-ups.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.

· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

· Record and update client interactions, sales progress, and other data accurately using internal systems.

· Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for maintaining and reporting sales data.

Skills & Experience Required

· 2–3 years of proven experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.

· Experience preparing quotes and managing leads in a structured process.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, reporting, and analysis).

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
