Position Overview:

BetterTel is seeking energetic and professional Business-to-Business Telemarketing Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact local business owners across the U.S. to schedule free in-person or Zoom consultations with our sales team. Your goal is to engage decision-makers interested in replacing outdated phone systems or upgrading to our cost-effective VOIP telephone solutions — which are more affordable than Verizon, Comcast, Xfinity, Cox, and many others.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers interested in upgrading their telecommunications systems.
  • Schedule appointments for sales consultations (in-person or via Zoom).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure professional, courteous communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must speak fluent English with a clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice.
  • Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills required (CRM experience a plus).

Base Pay: Php Php150.00 per hour
