Outbound Sales Specialist

We are seeking a fearless Outbound Sales Specialist who thrives on the phone. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our business.
You will not be calling as a "third-party agency"; you will be calling as a member of our frame store team. Your goal is to reach out to fellow independent frame store owners, build immediate rapport, briefly explain the value of our software tools, and set up a deeper dive demo with our client's founder.
You must be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and hearing "no," but skilled enough to turn a "maybe" into a "yes."
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Cold Calling: Execute 50+ calls per day to a targeted list of independent custom frame stores.
- Represent the Brand: Speak fluently and professionally as an internal member of our team. You are a framer talking to framers.
- Value Proposition: Clearly and concisely articulate how our software tools solve specific pain points for frame shop owners (e.g., pricing, workflow, inventory).
- The Objective: Your primary metric of success is booking appointments. You do not need to close the sale; you need to sell the meeting so Neil can demonstrate the software.
- Lead Management: Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and scheduled appointments in our CRM/spreadsheet.
What We Are Looking For
- Cold Calling Experience: You have a proven track record in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting. You don't have "phone anxiety."
- Resilience: You have thick skin. Rejection doesn't bother you; it motivates you to make the next dial.
- Conversational Nature: You can move past a script. Since you are calling small business owners, you need to sound like a human being, not a robot.
- Reliability: You are organized, punctual, and follow through on scheduled callbacks.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using HubSpot and Google Sheets and calendar booking tools.
