THE JOB: This is easy phone work. It is outbound calling to generate appointments for our firm to introduce our marketing services. To induce the prospect, we offer a free and valuable service to small business owners in exchange for their time.

Job Title: Appointment Setter

HOURS: This is a full-time position based on US Eastern Standard Time (Florida) hours.

Appointment Setter will either work one of three Monday-Friday shifts based Florida/New York/Eastern US time.

9:00am-6:00pm

10:00am-7:00pm

11:00am-8:00pm

This is 40 hours per week if you work the full week.

Company is closed for US holidays and a few other days. Appointment Setters do not work when Company is closed.

Needed: We are looking for a high performing Appointment Setters (Outbound Cold Callers) who thrives on making connections.

Our tele-professionals call small business owners throughout the United States and offer to have a free, positive article written on them and their business.

Business owners are qualified if 1) they want to expand their companies and 2) their business is in a targeted category, such as, roofing, dentists, pest control, etc.

Once the article is completed and published online, our firm's sales team will contact the business owner, go over the article we've written and then introduce our marketing services to them.

Your job is to contact the business owner, qualify them, do a short interview with them and schedule for their article review.

Our Sales Representatives will do the appointment and do their best to sell the client on allowing our firm to do a marketing analysis on their digital marketing.

COMPENSATION: Appointment Setters are paid based on each week's production of appointments.

The production week is Saturday to the Friday and we pay weekly on the following Friday through the Wise Payment System.

PAY SCALE:

• 150 Pesos Per Hour Worked
• 100 Pesos Bonus for each Appointment Set with a targeted business owner whereas the meeting occurs between our Business Consultant and and the prospect.

Calculating Hours Worked: Company pays well so long as Appointment Setters are doing their job.

Appointment Setter will make calls each hour and log their stats into a Google Sheet. Appointment Setters are expected to make 30+ dials per hour if no appointments are set, 20+ dials if one appointment is set and at least 2 calls if 2 or more appointments are set.

Company will consider an hour is worked if the Appointment Setter updates their Google Sheet and makes the expected amount of dials during this hour.

In addition to what appointment setters report, Company will review call logs and call recordings to validate the reported hours worked.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Make outbound calls using our VOIP service
• Ask the right questions to qualify the business owner
• Interview the qualified business owner
• Set appointments with qualified business owners
• Ensure the prospect understands we are writing the article in exchange for them giving us 15 minutes to introduce our company and services.
• Professionally handle inquiries, concerns or objections
• Keep CRM records update with accurate data entry notes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT:

• Has experience in cold calling
• Has a dedicated remote work space
• Has a working computer, head phones with a microphone, and fast internet
• Can confidently and fluently speak English
• Which of the three shifts can you work and which would you prefer to work if hired?
