
Sales Manager

Overall Responsibility:
Responsible for achieveing sales targets for all products, including tiles and FLM solutions. The role involves managing the full sales process, developing and coaching the sales team, and ensuring effective execution of sales programs and customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management - Develop and implement sales programs adn staretgies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead market scoping initiatives to identify and pursue new projects and clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, align on priorities, and prvoide guidance.
- Assist Sales Executives in addressing requirements from Architects and Interior Designers.
- Mentor and coach Sales Executives to build strong sales capabilities.
- Introduce new product offerings, including new series or innovations.
- Recommend product mix and ideal stock quantities for existing and new products.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively while protecting company margins.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, oor related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the home improvements, tiles, or interior.
Work Schedule:
- Full time; may include Saturday, holidays, or showroom events as required.
